• Shipping costs are designated for each individual item.
• We do combine shipping on multiple items purchased provided they are
shipped to same location on same day in the same box or packaging.
• All items are inspected, securely packaged, and leave our store in good condition.
• We ship Monday thru Friday.
• Insurance is optional on all items we ship. Please specify when ordering.
• We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Exclusively for all shipments.
• An email confirmation of the tracking number(s) and links to online tracking are provided upon order confirmation.

• All orders are payable in U.S. Funds via any of our payment methods.

International Shipping Policy:
We do not currently ship internationally.
Sales Tax:
• All Georgia Residents must pay 7% Sales Tax.
Damaged Items:
• Call customer service at (404) 474-7072, to speak to a customer service representative about receiving a return authorization number and shipping instructions before returning any damaged items.
Cancellations:
• Already shipped items cannot be cancelled. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all refused orders.
Return Policy:
• We accept returns of merchandise within thirty days (30 days) of receipt. Returned
merchandise must be accompanied all packaging and original
tags. No returns on "special ordered" parts. No refunds on shipping charges.*
• Returned/Exchanged merchandise will be shipped at the customer's expense.
The final decision to issue or deny full credit will be made by
The Garden Enthusiast, LLC. Merchandise returned without a
"Return Authorization Number" will be subject to our standard restocking fee.
• Returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.*
*Returns due to an error on our part will not be due to restocking
fees, and we pay shipping when correcting our error.

• We can ship USPS EXPRESS MAIL and UPS Overnight for Overnight Shipments. Please Email or Call to
find out additional estimated costs. Customer will be billed actual additional
shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Goods:
• All merchandise is inspected before shipping. If any merchandise is received
broken, or any merchandise is missing, the customer must contact the shipping
company (United States Post Office or other) and file a claim. The Garden Enthusiast, LLC. is not responsible for merchandise that is stolen, damaged, destroyed or lost by the shipping company, the purchaser or other parties. If you receive a damaged package, indicate "DAMAGED" when you sign for it. Hold the shipping carton and all goods and file a claim with the shipping company
